In September 2019 Kay Automotive Graphics was acquired by ORAFOL.
Kay Automotive Graphics headquartered in Lake Orion, Michigan is pleased to announce the sale of the company to ORAFOL Europe, GmbH.

The sale also includes Kay’s sister companies Kay Graficas Automotrices in Mexico and Kay Premium Marking Films with manufacturing plants in the US and UK. This combined portfolio of products will further strengthen ORAFOL’s position in the solid-colour wrap market while enhancing ORAFOL’s presence in the OEM automotive market.
