ACCOUNTANT  – A/R

We are seeking an individual to perform all Accounts Receivable functions for our company.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Post all cash, check, and wire payments timely and accurately
  • Analyze shipping documents and carrier proof of deliveries to prepare invoices
  • Collect on customer accounts by email and phone
  • Work directly with our customers and other internal departments to interpret, analyze and resolve Accounts Receivable issues
  • Generate reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.  Software knowledge must include Microsoft Office, general knowledge of ERP systems and experience with Automotive Industry billing.  Key competencies include a commitment to excellence and personal accountability.  Daily customer interaction requires excellent communication skills, including business writing and verbal communication skills.

QUALITY INSPECTOR

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for our 2nd Shift. The qualified candidate will have experience with manufacturing processes and the ability to visually inspect parts for defects. Must have the ability to use email and Microsoft Office.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct contact with manufacturing. Responsible for communicating and facilitating quality guidelines and standards.
  • Assist Perform daily inspections/error proofing of all manufacturing processes.
  • in the control of nonconforming product.
  • Inspect, audit and document findings for any parts named in an internal or external complaint.
  • Perform prelaunch audits for all PPAP programs.
  • Monitor Critical Products by checking the Job Ticket / Control Plan during processing.
  • Maintain acceptable visual standards.
  • Will provide back up to the Quality Technicians. Must be available to work overtime and/or a split shift when necessary.


Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to perform basic math as well as the ability to successfully complete our internal Inspector training/evaluation.

MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN

Get a Foot in the Door!!!

Entry level light industrial position in a clean and climate controlled facility.  All training provided!

  • A choice of three shifts
  • Starting pay is $11.00 per hour ($12.46 after one year)
  • 95% of promotions to Skilled positions are from within the Company

Candidates must have good eye sight to perform product inspection and the ability to stand for 8 hours every day.  High School Diploma or a GED required for consideration.

Affiliate Openings:


Our newest facility, KPMF USA, includes a 63″ web coating machine that has been built for power, speed and flexibility. It features a reverse roll and knife over roll coating head. Capabilities include single sided coating using a choice of several processes, multi-zone drying and in-line lamination. This facility is located adjacent to Kay Automotive Graphics in Lake Orion, MI.


MACHINE OPERATOR (CONVERTING) – 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

  • Evaluate orders and specifications to determine set-up configurations.
  • Set up and operate the coating machine line which includes unwind, coating station, accumulator, drying oven and rewind.
  • Make adjustments to the coating line to maintain machine performance and product quality; may include changing idler types, tread up configuration and operational cycles.
  • Keep the coater running to produce a high volume of adhesive and topcoat product lines.
  • Safely use an overhead crane to move material.

SLITTER/REWINDER OPERATOR – 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

  • Evaluate orders and specifications to determine set-up configurations.
  • Operate the turret slitter, rewinder to cut vinyl and urethane.
  • Make adjustments to the slitter to maintain machine performance and product quality; may include changing the rollers, blades, speed and tension.
  • Safely use an overhead crane to move material.
