The technical service group represents a major part of Kay Automotive Graphics’ commitment to quality. Our veteran group of tech specialists interact directly with customers to determine the best methods and materials to be used in the completion of each product. Utilizing the resources of the entire Kay staff, these team leaders see a project through from concept to production of the final product.
Customer support is recognized to be a key part of maintaining the success Kay has achieved over the past decades. The tech service group visits OEM assembly locations and conducts training sessions to instruct employees on the proper steps for installation and handling of our parts. Reviews are also conducted on a predetermined schedule to evaluate product use and survey finished vehicles.
